Black & White Images

I started out as a teenager developing and printing my own black & white photographic images (using the school dark room).

My interest was re-awakened in 2016 when I experimented with converting a colour image that I felt was a little ‘lacking’ as it was into black & white.  Then when google made the NIK Collection freely available I started trying to see what worked, or didn’t.

Here you will find some of my Black & White images, most of which have been converted from colour in Photoshop using the excellent NIK Collection plugin of Silver Efex Pro 2.
